KCI Quality Assurance
Policy
KCI is a service-oriented company
dedicated to delivering the highest quality services in the
telecommunication industry. It is our goal to consistently meet or
exceed our customers expectations and requirements for on-time
delivery of quality products through continual improvement of the
quality management system.
KCI's main objective is to provide the
highest quality service with the least possible impact on clients
and their services. To ensure this objective is met, KCI's Quality
Assurance Group performs both in-process and final audits on each
installation. The Quality Auditors, who work in the field, report
directly to the Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Group functions independently from the installation force so as to
remain unbiased, ensuring our objectives have been met.
KCI Quality Assurance Auditors are responsible for conducting in-process safety, security, documentation, workmanship audits, and final audits. In addition, the QA Auditors are responsible for providing on-the-job (OTJ) installer training and installer certification testing. The installation team's lead installer also performs a final quality audit upon completion of the installation effort, prior to turning the job over to the QA Auditor.
